Headhunters of Corporate America

I'm working in one of the top Fortune 500 businesses in the world. As like any other businesses, it had its beginnings and through the years built the name and the business to what it's now. Of course, behind its success are the people who worked hard and believed in the potential future of the company. But the decision makers had to look for these people to make it happen. It's not an easy task to find the right person for the job and so sometimes or maybe most of the time, especially with big corporations, they use a third party, the expert, to help them get the best candidate.

Headhunters, internal or a third party, are common in corporate America. An internal recruiter works in a company particularly in HR while a third party is an independent contact between the client and the candidates. Now, one of the respected names in the industry of recruiting high-caliber top management people is Dennis C Carey. He's an expert recruiter who had helped in recruiting CEO's and directors for Fortune 500 companies.
